As long as I'm not doing anything to prevent the protection, I don't feel
I'm doing anything unethical. You can burn your songs to a CD from iTunes
and you can import songs from a CD right into iTunes. It's a hassle, but it
is permitted by iTunes.

Using Hymn is a slightly different story...
