Broken Lombard

[Jim Eddy]

My daughter's Lombard powerbook won't start up. The green light will  
blink once after the power button is pressed, and nothing else.  
Reseating the processor board fixed the problem a couple weeks ago. Now  
it doesn't. Does the single flash have any particular significance? Any  
thoughts before I part it out on eBay?
