I believe there is very little support to SCSI devices. I have a 250MB Zip and it works but if you attach another device as a CD Burner or a Scanner OS X will ignore them (I'm not completely sure). OS X works primary on FireWire and USB devices.
I mostly use it to mount older powerbooks (520s, 1400a and other G3s) in SCSI disk mode. When all my extended family has got newer powerbooks (Dad just got a 12" G4) I'll be able to stop supporting the older ones.
Would Classic mode have the same SCSI support as OS 9?
