PB 190 RAM - will it fit in PB 540?

I'm not on the PowerBook list anymore, so may I post this here on the 
G-Book list?

I've checked MacTracker and an old AppleSpec database as well as 
EveryMac.com and all I can find is that the 190 and 540 both need 70 ns 
RAM, minimum - but what model RAM? Can a RAM chip pulled from a 190 fit 
in a 540?
