Good morning,

New list member here, just saying hello. I'm located in Reading, which is in the south east of England.

I'm pretty new to my iBook too - its a 12" G4 800 MHz machine fitted with an airport extreme card & installed with the latest version of Mac Office but otherwise is standard. As it happens, I have a 512Mb SODIMM hanging around that I could bung into the iBook, but don't know if this is the right thing to do. Given that its got 256Mb hard-wired in, does that mean my 512Mb SODIMM is too large for it as the total will exceed 640Mb? Anyone care to advise me?
