I haven't experienced it with any secured websites I regularly access.
So,
I'm not sure that this would officially qualify as a "bug". There
might be
something with your settings. Trying a "test" user is a good idea...

Ok, did the test user idea. . .same thing. I'm wondering if there's
something up with my installed version of Safari itself. I'm gonna try
downloading it and re-installing it altogether. Thanks for the help
