Yes, I was thinking that completely washing it should work, like they do with compact Mac mobos in dishwashers. To replace the whole keyboard in the event that washing it doesn't work, I was thinking something like this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=25444&item=5159357049&rd=1 Would this work? I looked at the clamshell keyboard, and the cable seems to lack some pins so it would appear that its a no-go on an iBook G4, but the cables on this 700mhz iBook are identical to the ones on my iBook G4, its just that the keys are more transparent.
BTW, I did also see those keyboard skins and thought they were cool too ;D Andrew On Mon, 24 Jan 2005 01:43:16 +0100, "Aase Marit Waage" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> said: > Hi, > > Isn`t it possible to take it apart and get it cleaned and dried then > put it back?
