Hi Folks, The DVD/CDRW drive on my G3 "Pismo" laptop broke over the weekend, and after thinking about it I have decided that I don't actually *need* a laptop, and it might be better for me to get a Mac mini, rather than get the drive fixed.
I was thinking of selling the G3 "Pismo" and put the funds towards the Mac Mini, but before I put the thing on eBay, I was wondering how much I should expect for it. The machine itself is in great condition, with no scratches on the screen or the case, it has a BlueChip G3/900MHz upgrade CPU, 1Gb RAM, AirPort. The only things that are up with it are the battery doesn't hold a charge anymore, and the DVD/CDRW drive is broken. It has its original box and all the original wires and adaptors, and it comes with a nice new laptop bag, and a 4Gb external USB hard disk. What sort of money should I be expecting for this? I am in the UK, if that makes a difference! Thanks in advance! -- Thanks, Andrew McCall [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- G-Books is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
