Use the universal Mac tool (straightened paper clip) to press the reset through the small hole in the bottom of the unit.
Not sure about graphite ABS, but I think the Extreme one requires a longer press (a couple of seconds) to reset passwords etc. A short depress only reboots it.
Also, the default password is "public". Might come in handy.
