If you want to do this just this time and don't have Distiller (and no one gives a better solution), you can use the 5-free trial at http://createpdf.adobe.com - if you have a high-speed connection, since ps files are so big! Be sure to check the preferences & review the settings for the various image resolutions (print/screen/etc.) to make sure the output will be high enough res.
