Hi, Dean.

I replaced a damaged Lombard screen a couple of years ago with one that came from a Pismo. I used the original Lombard (motherboard-side) cable with the new display without problems. If I recall correctly, Apple used two different vendors for their Lombard displays (LG and Hitachi?), so maybe I just got lucky. It's still working fine to this day, but as always, YMMV.
