I thank you dan_A for solving the OE/Netscape compatibility... I have connected the G3 beige to the Lynksys ASDL-G router/modem connected by ethernet... gizmo...can't figure out how to do email up there yet tho...I understand that I will be changing providers to an earthlink address...so I guess I will be calling Bruce @ Sprint again...
Email still works here on the G3 PB-Lombard OS 9.1 which is still on dial up...I have decided, after reading thekagillion pages from the how to links earlier this week...to stay with Apple goods and get an airport card... I AM NOT RUNNING OSX Looking on ebay for an Airport card for my G3 PB-Lombard OS 9.1 I want to be sure I get the right one...absolutely compatible so I can get out of tech mode and do some work! or play or knit anything but tech...
