I use Tri-Backup 4 <http://www.tri-edre.com> for backing up to a file server as well as locally, and then burn the local stuff to disc. I especially like the Incremental and Evolutive modes that keeps successive versions of files. The price is $49 and they have multiplepack pricing too.
