Hello list,

I'm wondering if I'm the only one with problems after Tiger upgrade.

After upgrade to Tiger my PowerBook G4 17'' 1.5GHz with 64MB of VRAM when connected to 20'' Apple Cinema Display the screen flickers at random intervals (e.g. goes black for 0.5 to 1 second). I noticed that this happens only when the PowerBook is closed and I use only the main screen. When I keep the PowerBook open the problem goes away.

Anybody experiences similar issue? Any known solutions to this issue?

To save you some typing here is what I already tried to no avail:
1. PRAM reset (5 times)
2. Upgrade of ATI drivers
3. Re-install of Tiger
4. Create second user
5. Repair permissions on the volume

Thanks for any help.
