Palmolive, if brand matters, though any one should work. Just make

To get in the nooks and crannies I used an old toothbrush and some
'acid brushes' <http://tinyurl.com/c7jsm>, On the latter I trimmed
them down considerably from original bristle lengths to make a
nice, small stiff brush.
When I picked up this package Harbor Freight had 'em on sale for
like $1.99 or so.
