I know there are people that will tell me it's too slow. These are the same ones that told me OS X would NEVER run on my 266 iMac 256MB now 384MB or 233 DT 320MB
Not too slow at all. I have 10.4 on my 500Mhz Pismo, and two upgraded G4's: one an 800Mhz Sawtooth, the other 1000Mhz gigabit ethernet. While it's a noticable difference between them and the powerbook, I've found myself using the powerbook more than the 1Ghz tower at home because it's portable.
10.4 runs about as fast as OS 9 ever did on it. -- Bruce Johnson This is the sig who says 'Ni!' -- G-Books is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
