correct, but it has to have 16 chips with a density of 128 MBits each.

you might find easier 512 Mb modules with 16 megabits chips with a density of 256 megabits each. your WS will see it as a 256 MB module.

Personally i have a WS with 512 MB RAm made up of a 256 MB module top slot and a low profile 512 MB bottom slot seen as 256.
