I have been using CCC for some time with great success. However, the latest version, 2.3 is not compatible with Tiger 10.4. For me, it freezes when I type in my admin password to start a clone operation. I have been told this is a bug in it regarding 10.4. So far, no new updates from the folks who make it. I'm considering buying SuperDuper for $20 to replace CCC. For now, I boot an external hard drive with 10.3 on it just so I can clone with CCC.
