Everything is "off some shelf somewhere" But Mac parts don't come off
the bottom shelf or the bargain bin like so many peecee makers use.

Exactly. If they were bargain bin then my friend's shop would have like numbers of broken PM G4, PM G5, and iMac G5. But since Sept last year, he's had only one PM G5 come in for repair... heat problem because the owner ran it with both the metal and plastic skins off; bolluxed the air flow.
