I think all of the LaserWriter drivers were incorporated into the
LaserWriter 8 package. So one of the LaserWriter 8 downloads should
work for you depending on your OS version.

Have you tried the MacDriver museum ?

Have you tried the other drivers like the 300 or 320 ? It's worth
a try.
