We have had this little beauty for a year - and without a problem, we  only
use it for Quick Books in our family biz.
It just crashed to the extent it won't even shut off, (cursor is frozen and
turn on button is non-functional), but unlike our Imac and G4 tower I have
no idea where the forced restart button (hole ) is...
 Does it have one?
Other ideas?
 I can't even turn it off - and unplugging it is a last resort....thanks!,

If you look at the back set of ports there is a small graphic thats shows the combination :
