When I said "without success" in installing OS 10.2 on my 333 MHZ bronze keyboard, I have had the following happen: Freeze-up during install (several times), and Freeze-up at the completion of disk 1, unable to load disk 2.

Has anyone installed OS-X on a G3 Bronze Keyboard? I have tried several times to install OS x 10.2 without success. I have a 14 Gig hard drive and 256 megs of RAM.

Define "without success". That's a Lombard, probably, if you're using the official Apple designation and should work with OS X 10.3 and lower.

Is the install failing? Does it not boot from the disk? Does it just not run?

I will tell you that 256 is a very minimal amount of RAM, but 10.2 should install.
