I have found a;
14" Powerbook - G3 233 Wallstreet
A couple of years ago I acquired two WallStreets, both with 14"
screens, one was 233 and one was 266 MHz. I upgraded both to 40Gb
HDs and 256+ Mb RAM. I installed OS X.2.8 on both with an 8Gb first
partition. One of these was my main computer for a year or so. It
worked well. It's not fast but it works. I had both fitted out
with wireless and USB cards. I used the wireless all the time but
the USB was mostly for downloading from a digital camera. I used it
for web, e-mail, photo editing and so on. The photo editing was
minimal, it's slower speed showed up in this use in particular.
I have another WS I just acquired and am considering putting Panther
on it with XPostFacto.
I'm now using a 1.33 GHz iBook which blows the pants off the
Wallstreet but it is still a nice machine.
