No, Bruce. This is wrong. I have installed Tiger onto a CD-ROM only
iMac DV using my Tiger DVD in my Powerbook's DVD-R and booted into
target firewire mode. Holding down option on the attached iMac while
it boots produces the PB HDD and DVD-R drive as available boot
volumes. The install went flawlessly.

Well, the original thread was how to do it on a Wallstreet. The Wallstreet won't boot from a FireWire PC card.
