No, though that much plugging and unplugging may not be good for the
computer. LiIon batteries should NOT be fully discharged on a regular basis
and should NEVER be permitted to stay that way for a lengthy period of time.
If your battery has been discharged about 80% then recharged that doesn't
count for a total discharge.
