I've been trying to sort out a Lombard for my father in law and I have a 6x DVD drive that seems to work OK once you get the drive closed. The drawer binds as I try and close it, sometimes I have to open it and clse it several times before I can get it to close all the way.
Once it's closed it works fine.
There seems to be a lot of friction in the slides so either something's jumped the track or something needs lubrication. If I can't find anything obvoiusly out of line I'm thinking of a little silicon lube on the slides.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

technology is the answer, what was the question?
