I've been using a Treo 650 for quite a while, and I like it a lot.
The only drawbacks are the small keyboard, which takes a little
getting used to, and the microphone isn't the best. I almost always
use it with a Bluetooth headset (EZTalker from Tekkeon). Contrary to
my experience with many other headsets, I find that I can hear people
better and be heard better than when using the Treo without the
headset. It does have a speaker phone, but with its tiny speaker,
it's not the best sound quality in the world (and not at all private).
I tried using Bluetooth to Hot Sync, but after using the cable (many
times faster) I rarely do that any more.
I use Palm Desktop, but I think it's also easy to Hot Sync with
Address Book and iCal using The Missing Sync.
