Faster, but less stable.
-- Is 10.3 faster or slower than 10.4?
A lot faster, given the low RAM ceiling of the WS and WSII.
-- Is 10.2 faster or slower than 10.4?
Is a cheetah faster than a tortoise? However, Jag is much less stable than Tiger. The best compromise, IMHO, is Panther with XPostFacto.
