Hi list; We have just got one of the last (if not the last) Cubes sold in Denmark, which means we want to sell our good old 7500/G3. Now, there was/is some info on it that is no-ones else's business (login to email account, Internet connection, our budget). I know this can all be sorted by doing a low-level formatting of the HD, but then I would have to get a number of drivers again before selling it. Also, there is some software installed others could find useful. And we are not _that_ paranoid. The HD is partitioned in 4: System, Apps, Files and Scratch. My approch is: 1) Re-initialize Files and Scratch. 2) Delete registered Apps, all preference files plus other stuff I can think of. 3) Copy System to Files (while booted from cd), re-initialize System 4) Copy System back, delete the copy on Files.
