It might be easier than any sort of conversion... There are USB->PS/2
adapters (just as there are USB to ADB adapters) that should accept any
standard PC mouse... There are also USB to serial adapters (in case that
mouse is really serial and not PS2). I don't know about drivers though, so
you might be out of luck there. But, heck, it's worth a try, right?
Especially if you can find one cheap. Like at work ;-)
