I have had great service and Mac support from Earthlink for the last few years,
even went to DSL about 9 months ago and again their Mac support was good once
you got to their second tier of support. Most of the first people you get on the
phone are not Mac knowledgeable, seems if they know Macs the get moved up to the
next level of support...
