PC100 comes in three refresh timings: 3-2-3, 3-2-2 and 2-2-2.  I 
believe this is the number of nanoseconds between the refreshes, but 
I'm not entirely certain.
All versions will work in the Yosemite or Yikes! boards.  I don't 
know about the higher G4s.  Blue G3s shipped with 3-2-2 RAM.  All the 
RAM works at the speed of the slowest.  The refresh speeds do not 
indicate the MHz rating of the chips.  At least not here.
