Yes, I prefer the 1 meg of L2 cache running at half processor speed over the
256k L2 cache running at full processor speed. I saw some benchmarks at
MacWorld a while back which showed the performance difference. Yet, I would
like to see more benchmarks on the issue. But maybe they can bump the L2
cache up a bit on the processor upgrades. But if they released a 700Mhz or
800Mhz G3 upgrade I probably would be tempted to get it.
