There are a bunch of online MUGs already.  I/OMUG, iMug and JMUG. 
JMUG (which another g-list member and I run) is currently under 
renovations.  I/OMUG is mostly a mailing list.  iMug is still under 
development.  I guess someone could start up an LEMUG, but theres 
some paperwork to be done etc.
