Sean, As far as I know the built-in AV features of your Mac does 320x240 (though I might be wrong). I don't think the video circuitry is acapable of full-screen/full-motion video. I think it might interploat the image from 320x240 to 640x480. I believe it is video best viewed on a computer or the web. If you are looking for a good solution try the Fuse video capture card.
