3 years. Maxtor is *really* good, IMHO, on doing warrenty replacements
(having just done one myself). They shipped the replacement drive via 2-day
air; you can get them to ship you a replacement drive first, if you need the
replacement drive really badly. The only problem, I guess you could say, is
that they ship recertified drives as replacements.. or at least they did for
me. (Then again, I had a 6GB drive. :)
