Yep, I have one, I'm annoyed by those url files created when I drag a link to the desktop. back in the 7.5.3 days, the just turned into text clippings and worked fine, I could copy them back and forth and where ever. Like into an open browser window and Netscape went for it, or into an email, and it turned into a link. Nice. Well. While Netscape and Explorer still works fine with the url files, but when I drag them to an email in Eudora, they turn into attachments. Not nice. BTW, I don't like the arrows either, but it's a great way (and more graphical than the italic types) for beginners to make a distinction between original files and aliases. "It "points" to something", is what I usually tell them. Tina *^^*^^*^^*^^*^^*^^*^^*^^*^^*^^*^^*^^*^^*^^*^^*^^*^^*^^*^^* Tina Holm, Pederstrup Djurs, DK. MacTivist.
