If you have to resedit on a page by page basis, then a simpler method
might be to open the PDF and do a screen capture ( Command/ Shift/ 4 )
for each page. They could then be printed out from Simpletext, BBEdit
(by selecting "Pict Files" in the dropdown "File Types" menu to open the
screen shot), Tex Edit etc.
