Joao,
 Your ROM is a Rev A. It is the same i.d. number that I originally had
in my G3 beige.
see:

for further info see:

<http://forums.xlr8yourmac.com/action.lasso?-database=faq.fp3&-layout=FaqList&-response=answer.faq.lasso&-recordID=33230&-search>
For all types of G3 beige info see:

 As to your query regarding the purchase of either a used or new ZIP, my
intial suggestion would be to look through the sites located on the
Dealmac index.
 see:
 <http://dealmac.com/adindex.html>
as well as the advertising section of Macworld magazine.

Many of the lsted companies sell (either or both) new and refurbished
equipment. Dealmac itself is a good place to do a search for such items.
see:

 ZIP drives are relatively easy to replace. Yours would be a SCSI device
with an i.d. # 5 I believe. Once you buy a replacement Zip feel free to
e-mail me direct and I will be glad to send any instructions if you
encounter problems.
