Finally managed to track down the CD Toolkit extension, and now I have 3 cds loaded on the desktop.
So far so good... When I start up the Mac, I get an error message that my system heap doesn't have enough memory (or something), and when fully booted, another error message that caching is disabled because of the first error. A bit oddly, it reports the drive to be SCSI ID 2, but it's ID 4, and I don't have anything else on the chain. So, what's next?
