If I am not mistaken, you need to have OS X and 9.x on separate
partitions in order for this to work. My Ti has one partition but both
9.2.2 and OSX but pressing the Option key only shows one happy Mac
folder so it boots from the OS that it was last used. My G4/AGP has 4
partitions with different OSes and I can boot from either partition
using the option key at startup.
