Dear Mr. (I presume) Cantrell (and fellow listers): I read Mr. Stortz's posts (and your own, and everyone else's) and I didn't see signs of `witless hatred' or an `utter lack of intellect' in his posts. With all due respect (and, I am not sure if any should be forth-coming after reading the quoted post), "keep screeching, it's funny" and "utter lack of intellect" are not phrases that would lend credibility to the post of an individual who's writing & criticising another lister for professing "witless hatred", and suffering from the "lack of intellect". The evidence for an "utter lack of intellect", and, depending on who reads your post, "witless hatred" may be found in your own post as quoted [unedited] above. Rarely can insults (general ones at that) play a useful role in the context of an argument, but the ones I read above certainly are not generalised (required for 2ndary use # 1 and #2). Additionally, your insults are neither entertaining (secondary use # 1), nor expressing, appropriately, an emotion or point of view where the use of non-insulting language would lack the right pizzazz (secondary use # 2). Sincerely, Eric. As an aside, I think I see how whose vs. who's works... same as its (possessive) vs. it's (it is)? -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
