Hello all: My ISP has the following requirements: Modulation: G.dmt > Protocol: RFC1483 or RFC2516 (PPPoE) > Chipset: Alcatel compatible > DSLAM: Alcatel I'm using a beige G3 with OS 10.1.5; looking to install an external modem (since internal PCI models not available for this Mac, but correct me if they are). I think my ISP has no limits for 1.2 Meg modems, so I can use an older modem (the newer 3.5 Meg modems have limits, they say). I'm looking to save money by cancelling the second phone line (now used for ISP only). Thx George
