It's almost impossible to convert WriteNow text files directly to Windows. Conversions won't convert it. I must open WriteNow docs in an older Mac, and copy and paste it into almost any version of WordPerfect. Then it's a simple matter of opening the WordPerfect docs in MS Word, which Conversions presents. However, the original font style (Times Roman in this case) is lost.
