Driven a bit more by the need to upgrade Microsoft programs, IMHO.  Most
people are willing to stick with what they have, until they can't run their
programs.  There are a lot more folks who use their computers for email,
browsing and little else, than there are bleeding edge folks with the need
for speed and high end graphics.
