I ran into the same kind of problem on my beige G3 DT. I ran System Disk 2.6.2 and it booted into OS X. Then I upgraded to 10.1.1.5 and that works very well. How ever after running Norton disk doctor, I have to boot into OS 9.2.2 and rerun the System Disk 2.6.2 again. Don't know way. Oh and Toast 5.1.4 when using Spin Doctor has no sound when recording from tapes. Have sound after recording and playing what was record. No such problem in Classic with Toast 5.1.3.
