Blue is just my shorthand way of writing Blue & White. My suspicion is that 
the fan is running normally, so I must become accustomed to the decibels. 
Since the CD drive doesn't run constantly, I can become used to that also. 
I've been coping with noise pollution all my life if you consider that I 
lived most of my life in a matrix of elevated lines and buses in Brooklyn. My 
Dell PC, by comparison, is very quiet on both the fan and CD fronts. 
So I'll learn to live with the happy talk.
