Hmmm...
My 29160N has been working just fine on my G4/400/9.2.2/10.1.5, running
U160 LVD drives, as well as my Yamaha CDRW and Zip 250.
Went and D/L'd drivers from Adaptec, installed, and all has been well.
Before I just bought my new G4 Dual 1G Blowhole, I called Apple to
check on SCSI card options/clarification, and tho they wouldn't tell me
what/which/whose card they were offering BTO, they DID tell me that the
29160N card would be compatible with the new G4's.
I got the new machine last Friday, installed everything [SCSI
card/drives/OS 9.2.2/10.2] , and, all has been well.
Didn't have to mess with installing Adaptec's drivers either, it's in
10.2
YMMV....

Cheers,
