Hi: I have a 8500 with G4/450 acceleration, running 8.6. I'm using Apple's USB 1.4.1, Orangemicro USB 2.0/FW PCI card (see http://www.orangemicro.com/fwusb20.html).
I'm trying to get Logitech Mouseware control-panel to control the Logitech wheel-mouse. I installed Mouseware, booted up. But, Mouseware only shows the left button as being active..the wheel & right button are "disabled" (the control panel shows them as inactive). ?? According to the Readme, it shoul work for any PCI mac with a USB card running 8.6 & Apple USB 1.4.1 Is there an issue with 8.6? (i.e., by going to 9.1 would I get the wheel & right button to work?). I still have the ADB mouse connected..so both it & the Logitech mouse are moving the cursor.
