I put a compusa 300 watt in mine and it works fine.  Only problem is it
doesn't fit, so you have to do a little jimmy-rigging.  I put the innards of
the new one in the powersupply case of the old one, which wasn't too
difficult.  I also took the on/off switch out, but i don't remember why. I
used the original fan.  Good luck, kj.
